Workshops

Exploring contemplative wisdom in the age of AI

AI is reshaping attention, decision-making, and human agency. For Buddhist practitioners, this raises a deeper question: what does it mean to bring our practice to this moment — and move forward with clarity, wisdom, and care?

Request a workshop

AI is being rapidly deployed in nearly every facet of our lives. We think community-level discussions are essential for making sense of what is happening and orienting our intentions wisely.

What we offer

A contemplative exploration of AI through a Buddhist lens

Understand the Technology

Gain a clear, accessible introduction to artificial intelligence, what it actually is, how it works, and why it matters for your community right now.

Examine the Impact

Explore how AI is reshaping our attention, intention, and communities, and what this means for the inner life of practitioners and sanghas.

Guided Ethical Inquiry

Consider the deeper ethical and spiritual implications of AI and what an engaged response looks like for your group.

Explore Right Relationship

Discern what "right relationship" with these technologies might look like in daily life — welcoming practitioners at all levels of tech engagement, including those who choose not to use AI.

Choose your path

A curriculum for communities and teachers
